The Maison Lierre dining room bathed in daylight, wooden tables and green banquettes
Specialty café-bistro since 2016

Maison Lierre

Specialty coffee by day, market cuisine by night. Served without fuss, in the heart of the Mile End.

The house

One counter, one kitchen, one neighbourhood

Ingredients

Our beans come from small Québec roasters, our vegetables from Montérégie farms and our fish from the river and the gulf. When an ingredient is past its best, it simply leaves the board.

Craft

Every espresso is weighed, every stock takes its time. In the kitchen and behind the counter, the team works the same way: precise gestures, few ingredients, a lot of care.

Atmosphere

Mornings are for a long black and the paper. Lunch is a quick bite between meetings. At night the lights go down, the glasses fill up and dinner lingers.
